Stretford Grammar School’s Chocolate Bingo a Sweet Success!

Another highly successful PTA event

On Thursday 23rd January, Stretford Grammar School hosted a delightful evening of Chocolate Bingo, a highly anticipated event organised by our proactive and dedicated Parent-Teacher Association (PTA). The event was a resounding success, with families, students, and staff coming together to enjoy an evening of fun, laughter, and, of course, chocolate!

The school hall was buzzing with excitement as participants eagerly awaited their chance to shout “Bingo!” and win a variety of delicious chocolate prizes. The evening’s positive atmosphere highlighted the strong sense of community that defines Stretford Grammar School.

Mrs. Baxter, Deputy Headteacher, shared her thoughts on the event: “It’s wonderful to see so many families and members of our school community coming together for such a joyous occasion. The PTA has once again demonstrated their incredible commitment to enriching our students’ experiences.”

A parent who attended the event expressed their appreciation: “The Chocolate Bingo was such a fantastic evening! It’s heartwarming to see how events like this bring everyone together. The PTA did an amazing job organising it, and we’re grateful for all their hard work.”

The PTA’s efforts not only provide memorable experiences for families but also help fund important projects that enhance the school environment and resources. Mr. Mullins, Headteacher, praised the PTA’s contribution: “The work of our PTA is invaluable. Their enthusiasm and dedication make a real difference to the school, and we’re deeply grateful. A big thank you also goes to the staff who supported the event and helped make it a success.”

The Chocolate Bingo event is just one example of how the PTA’s initiatives bring the school community together while supporting its goals. We look forward to more fantastic events in the future and thank everyone who participated for making the evening so special!
