London Psychology/RE Y12 Trip

Over the weekend, we visited London for a packed Psychology/RE trip.

On arrival, we enjoyed a tour of Westminster Abbey where we learnt a lot, including its history, architecture, the monarchy and some of us took part in the Eucharist. We then walked and explored the main sites, including Big Ben, Trafalgar Square and Covent Gardens. This took us to the Jack the Ripper tour (a crisp and eerie evening) where we discussed our own conclusions about what happened to Jack the Ripper! The following morning, we visited the Freud Museum to explore the life and works of Sigmund Freud, Camden Markets for a quick lunch and then onto London Central Mosque and the Imperial War Museum. We finished off our experience with dinner on the very packed Oxford Road!
